Warranty
All Happy Hop inflatables and air blowers come with a 12-month manufacturers warranty.
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase. Must show proof of purchase for warranty claim. Warranty only covers items purchased from Sam's Club or Costco.

Please Note: Warranty does not extend to products replaced through the warranty process.
Product warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow the manufacturer's operating or maintenance instructions.
Shipping Policy
We ship within the continental United States and Canada.
Free ground shipping to the contiguous U.S. only. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
All our packages are shipped via UPS Ground.
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.
Please contact us for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii.
If your package is lost, damaged or delayed, please contact us immediately to start a claim.
Return Policy
All inflatable parts and accessories purchased online at www.happyhop.com are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
For all bounce house & water slide returns, please refer to the retailer's return policy.
