All Happy Hop bounce houses and water slides come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, and all Happy Hop blowers come with a limited 12-month warranty.
Please Note: The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.
Shipping Policy
We ship within the continental United States and Canada.
A flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 is applied per order. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
All our packages are shipped via UPS Ground. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.
If your package is lost, damaged or delayed, please contact us immediately to start a claim.
Return Policy
Unused inflatable parts purchased on www.happyhop.com have a 30 day return policy. Please reach out to customer service at info@happyhop.com to receive a return authorization number. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business
days.Original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
